Exclusively for our Window & Door manufacturers we have a very large service area covering a 300 Square mile radius from Bethlehem NC our home office.
We are no longer taking residential out of warranty homeowners.
When our Service Technicians arrive at your home or Business you will be greeted by one of our friendly employees to introduce themselves and walk with you through the issues you have and asses the situation for parts and tools required.
The following is our Standard operating Procedures:
- If we are running late for events out of our control we will notify our office to contact you with our expected time of arrival.
- The first thing our technician will do is put on their rubber shoe covers that have only been worn inside.
- Then our technicians will put down gym floor mats and possibly moving blankets depending on the type of floor they will work on to 100% protect where they are working and where they put their tools as well, they will not put any equipment or tools on your furniture as this is strict policy.
- Once they have secured the flooring, tools and product/parts they will perform the required service in a timely manner and try not to disturb your day.
- Once the service is completed they will pack all tools and protective equipment and vacuum up their mess and leave the site as close to it was aside for paint needs or things out of our control.
- You will then be asked to sign our tablet acknowledging that our service was completed to your needs. If for some reason a second trip is required it will be noted on the report as incomplete and our office will be in contact with you to reschedule for a time that works with your schedule.
No matter how well a window is designed and built there will always be a need for your windows to be serviced.

Over time your doors need the same maintenance as other products you own. Whether its new rollers on the bottoms of the slider, hinges adjusted or weather stripping replaced. We can restore them to their initial operation.
If your doors don’t operate like you want them to there is a high probability with our expertise & knowledge we can get them operating properly.
